Roman Torres is back in Seattle.
Inter Miami traded the veteran defender to the Sounders on Monday in exchange for a conditional first-round pick in the 2021 MLS SuperDraft.
Torres signed with Miami as a free agent in December 2019 after five seasons with Seattle, where he won two MLS Cups and three Western Conference titles from 2015-19.
"WHOLE SQUAD BACK TOGETHER," the Sounders posted on Twitter.
Torres, 34, appeared in five games (four starts) with Inter Miami in 2020. The Panama native recorded one goal and three assists in 66 matches (52 starts) with the Sounders.
